Order Cancellations
There will be a minimum charge of $5.00 on all cancelled orders.
Please be aware that it may not be possible to cancel your order
once your signs are in production. If your circumstances have changed,
Griffects will make every effort to stop your order
as quickly as possible to minimize your expense.
Refund Policy
Once the order has been placed, cancellation charges will apply.
In rare circumstances, when it is determined to be in the best
interest of all parties involved by Griffects, we reserve
the right to cancel or refund a customer's order regardless of the
consent of the customer.
Changes to your Order
If changes to the sign are needed, a minimum
It is possible that once your order has reached a certain point in production,
changes may not be possible. If you need to make changes, please call 512-447-4739
as soon as possible. Please do not rely on email or fax to communicate
your changes.
If you make changes in your order that will result in a credit or
additional charge, we will credit/charge the difference to the
credit card used when we ship your order.
Mistake by Griffects
Mistakes happen, and when it is our fault Griffects is happy
to redo your order at no additional charge to you. It is the
prerogative of Griffects to offer a discount on the mistaken
order, should you, the customer, be interested in keeping the mistaken
order.
Orders "LOST" by UPS
Griffects ships all orders by UPS. We send the UPS tracking number to the
customer, via email, when the order ships. We do not require a signature
from the receiver, so UPS will leave the shipment in a "safe place", or
leave a note for the customer to pick up the shipment at the local UPS
depot. If the customer does not receive the order, and the UPS indicates
that the order was delivered, then Griffects will file a claim
with UPS. It takes UPS about 7 business days to process the claim. If
UPS determines that the shipment is lost due to a UPS error, then
Griffects will reprint the order and ship it to the customer
as quickly as possible at no charge. If UPS concludes that the order
was not lost or was misplaced by the customer, then Griffects
will not replace the order.
